Shipping Policy


Presently,we do not provide online delivery service directly to the customer's doorstep. However, we are trying to deliver the products to our valued customers through one or the other possible means. Customers can place their orders by providing their details through contact form in our website. Other booking options can be email, phone call, WhatsApp message, text message, and other means. Once the online order confirmed and payment is made by the customer, order can be dispatched through courier or postal service whichever is best available. Referring to the consignment number booked through the courier or postal service consignment can be tracked online. Following terms and conditions are applicable under our shipping policy:

Customer needs to provide his complete address including pin code, mobile number (main and alternate number) while confirming the order. If the delivery is not done due to incorrect address details provided by the customer, FPO will not be accountable for the same.

We make our best to ensure that the products reach our customers safely, without any damage, we pack the products better from our end. But still, if due to any reason there is physical damage to the products in the supply route, then we will not be responsible for that.

Weopt fastest and best available delivery service for certain pin codes that are eligible for the guaranteed delivery options. Since we are serving from rural hilly areas of Uttarakhand state, there are many geographical and service-related challenges. Therefore, delivery may take 5 to 10 business days. The customer can also suggest the best delivery option which is convenient and best available from both the sides.

Transportation cost (courier/ postal/ other service) will be borne by the customer as per actual, it can also be added to the bill if the customer agrees. Customer must enquire and confirm the delivery charges before order dispatches.    

We supply processed food products online with sealed packaging. Therefore, the customer should check the seal thoroughly before receiving the product. If the seal is broken, the courier or postal service shall be liable for the same. The customer can raise his complaint to the concerned service provider.
